Administrative service fees
Our charges, where agreed, are for administrative time, document preparation, and coordination support. They are separate from any third-party charges.
Third-party charges
We do not control external organisations, event owners, venues, or their fee rules. Any third-party charges are subject to the relevant third party's own terms.
Refund review
Refund requests for our service fees are reviewed case by case depending on the stage of work completed. Fees for work already performed may not be refundable.
No admission product refund handling
We do not sell or resell event admission and do not process refunds for any third-party admission products.
